Requirements

Ideal candidate profile: Applicants must be in possession of a Senior Certificate. Post matric certificate in Office Administration / Secretarial Support NQF 6 (Diploma) and above in Office Administration / Secretarial Support or related field will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years in Office Administration and Secretarial Support. Typing competency experience. Administration skills. Good Communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Proven Computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite. Typing skills. Organising skills. Business writing skills. Ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Render effective and efficient administrative and Secretarial Support Service to the Chief Director and the Directorates within the Chief Directorate. Manage the administration of the Office of the Chief Director and the Directorates. Provide administrative support for research, monitoring/evaluation projects and conferences/workshops/roundtable sessions within the Chief Directorate. Management of the Registry. Provision of logistical support. Management of relationships between the components within the Chief Directorate, internal components and external stakeholders.
