An NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA in Industrial and Organisational Psychology/ Management Services/ Operations Management/ Human Resource Management/ Public Management/ Public Administration; A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Change Management environment at managerial (Assistant Director) level; Knowledge of Corporate Governance of Policy Framework; Knowledge and understanding of Change Management systems; Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service statutory 37 frameworks: Financial Management and regulatory framework/guidelines, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, Departmental Financial Instructions, Public Finance Management Act, Government initiatives and decisions.
